By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. ABOUT US Neighbor Running is an independent specialty running retail store located at 209 Warren Street, Hudson, NY 12534. ORDERING & PAYMENT By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Neighbor Running is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
