Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date.
 
To be eligible, items must be unworn and unused (shoes must not have been worn outdoors), in original condition with all tags attached, and in original packaging if possible. We strongly encourage customers to try on shoes indoors on a clean surface before wearing them outside. Once a shoe shows signs of outdoor wear, it is no longer eligible for return.
 
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: items marked as Final Sale, worn or used footwear, socks, insoles and other hygiene-sensitive items, and gift cards.
 
 
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for items returned without original packaging or that show signs of handling beyond normal inspection.
 
 
RETURN SHIPPING
For standard returns and exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Neighbor Running is not responsible for lost return packages.

If you received a defective item or we made an error with your order, we will cover return shipping in full. Please contact us before shipping so we can provide a prepaid label.
 
 
DEFECTIVE ITEMS & WARRANTY CLAIMS
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please reach out within 30 days of purchase. We'll evaluate the item and work directly with the brand on your behalf when appropriate. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or deterioration from running conditions does not constitute a defect.
 
 
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact us at hello@neighborrunning.com within your 30-day window and include your order number and reason for return.
2. For defects or errors, wait for our response — we'll send a prepaid label.
3. For standard returns, pack the item securely and ship to the address above.
4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
