Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP
 
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.
 
 
PROCESSING TIME
 
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
 
During periods of high volume (sales, new releases, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
 
 
SHIPPING RATES & CARRIERS
 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size and destination of your order.
 
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $[THRESHOLD].
 
 
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
 
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available at checkout)
 
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Neighbor Running is not responsible for carrier delays.
 
 
ORDER TRACKING
 
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use that number directly on the carrier's website to follow your package. If you have trouble locating your tracking information, contact us at hello@neighborrunning.com.
 
 
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
 
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
 
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and any building access points, then contact us. We'll do our best to help, but Neighbor Running is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
 
 
IN-STORE PICKUP
 
If you're local to Hudson, NY, you're welcome to place an order online and pick it up in store. Select "In-Store Pickup" at checkout. We'll notify you by email when your order is ready — usually within one business day.
